Audit & Assurance Internship

You will be involved primarily to assist the audit engagement team, including performing the fieldwork at our client offices to: i. Extract data and apply analytical techniques to evaluate financial information, such as ratio analysis, trend analysis and variance analysis; ii. Execute control tests to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in place to identify any areas of risk or concern; iii. Make and request testing selections following our testing protocols and audit methodology; iv. Perform substantive testing, by examine and verify the details of account balances and transactions to ensure existence and completeness; v. Gather and document evidence to support audit conclusions, ensuring that all findings are well-supported and clearly referenced; vi. Perform administrative tasks such as preparation of audit confirmation letter, signing documents, quotation, billing form, filling, etc; as well as vii. Have the opportunity to participate in the preparation of Auditor’s Report.
