Molding Technician

Qualification: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Plastic Injection Molding, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in this related field is required for this position. Knowledge in plastic manufacturing is an advantage. Able to work independently and resourceful. Self initiative and persistent personality. A good team player. Job Responsibilities: To follow up repairing mold jig and fixture as per schedule or propose repairing which ever necessary. To follow up testing with production for new tooling and jig use. Liaise jig fixtures design with tooling. Continuous improvement in relation to efficiency and running cost by more efficient use of material. Part specification control including cosmetic and drawing specification. Process troubleshoot for new and existing models. Ensure to follow safe work procedure and to use personal protective equipment according to safety instruction at workplace. To perform any other job that may assigned by the superior.
