Network Planning Analyst

Job Description •Determine new routes by reviewing competitors’ strategies and financial positions. •Develop short-term network plans for current and upcoming schedule seasons. •Manage timely schedule changes with departments and stakeholders. •Recommend new route opportunities to stakeholders. •Evaluate potential new routes by analysing competitors’ strategies and financial health. •Propose new route opportunities during deliberations with internal stakeholders, contributing to the expansion and efficiency of the network. •Execute and manage prompt adjustments to schedules and operational processes in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders. •Analysts monitor the purchase, installation, and upkeep of network communications. •Report and analysis overall performance and capacity management of the global network infrastructure for future planning and budgeting. •Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer demand. •Develop comprehensive market plans, including growth projections, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. •Monitor market performance and adjust as needed to achieve objectives. •Identify opportunities for network optimization, including relocation or consolidation of service points. Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Proven experience in courier network planning, logistics, or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent knowledge of transportation management systems and route optimization software. • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards. • Native Speaker in Mandarin as this role required to communicate with HQ colleagues who speak and write in Mandarin.
