HR Executive to manage in full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower planning, recruitment & selections, training & development, administration, ER and IR. Responsibilities: • To assist in the development and implementation of company’s policies and procedures related to employment, remuneration, compensation and benefits, and training and development. • To assist in the formulation of new policies and procedures as and when required such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit policy etc. • To ensure the Human Resource practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • To coordinate the performance appraisal exercise yearly. Compile performance appraisal and input information such as training needs analysis, rewards system etc. • Update and maintain staff insurance benefits. Liaise with insurance agent/company pertaining insurance claim and updates. • Prepare and submit staff insurance and SOCSO Claim whenever required. • To conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organization objectives. • To prepare the yearly training plan and budget for the entire organization and obtain management’s approval for the training plan and budget. Thereafter, execute the training plan. Plan, organize and coordinate internal, external and ad-hoc training according to company’s training objective. Maintain all training records accordingly. • To assist in Employee Relations and Discipline matters such as issuing memorandum, warning letter and coordinating domestic inquiry whenever necessary. • To prepare required documents for conciliation process whenever required, if there is any requirement to attend to the Labour Department or Industrial Relation Department. • To conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. • To attend to internal and external audit • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior. Requirements: • Minimum Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline preferably with additional qualification in Human Resource Management or minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience. • Sound knowledge in the latest Malaysian Labour and Industrial Laws, prevailing HR practices and legislations. • Able to multi task, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result. Able to meet deadlines. • Resourceful, proactive, reliable and equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Possess high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of company’s and department’s confidential matters and information. • Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office
