Job Description: • Manage, and implement end-to-end marketing strategy, for the exclusive distribution portfolio of both B2B and B2C brand communications • Conducting research, ideation and strategies based on the industry market trend to identify the right target audience and develop short, medium, and long-term marketing plans • Identifying and sourcing effective marketing and advertising opportunities, maintaining and ensuring the consistency of our brand's tone of voice across all marketing materials • Planning and coordinating all marketing promotional activities including internal and external events such as podcasts, webinars, exhibitions, interview • Planning and developing all creative development and content production for pre-, ongoing and post-marketing activities, ensuring the publishment of communication materials is on time through digital and traditional media • Working closely with creative agencies in supporting the marketing communication materials development, reviewing, and proofreading creative copy • Tracking and monitoring of all marketing performance across all touch points through various tracking tools such as Google Analytics • Monitoring the marketing plan budgets, maximizing the marketing performance with the given marketing budget Qualification requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role (2-4 years preferred). • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, market research, and consumer behaviour. • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing. • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret marketing data. • Creative thinking with a focus on campaign development and brand awareness. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
