STOREKEEPER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To ensure incoming chemical material quantity and description tallies with the quantity that is stated in Delivery Order (DO) Note and Local Purchase Order (LPO). Upon verification, storekeeper should chop and sign the D/O to acknowledge receipt. 2. To liaise with lab inspectors so that they can carry out visual inspection and specification inspection upon receipt of goods from supplier to determine the incoming chemical material status (either pass & reject). 3. Any incoming lab reject item shall be returned to the respective supplier by issuing Delivery Note (D/N) in order replacement can be made. 4. To ensure that all chemical materials are well arranged that it can be located with ease. 5. To carry out housekeeping on a regular basis. 6. To carry out stock take and stock check accordingly. 7. To facilitate department of production’ enquiry or request on former in timely manner so that they can make it on time for producing of gloves. 8. To facilitate all related department of production” enquiry or request on chemical material in timely manner based on the Material Requisition/ Issue (MRI) Note so that they can make it on time for compounded. 9.,To make sure all department that request consumable had been issued Material Requisition / Issue MRI with complete item code and full description. 10. Other assigned duties as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A. Qualification and Experience -Minimum with some store experience. B.
