Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the online shop - Implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales - Monitor and update product listings, prices, and promotions on the e-commerce platform - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the online shop - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth - Ensure the online shop is user-friendly and optimized for a seamless customer experience Qualifications: - Post Secondary / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1-3 years of experience in online shop management, e-commerce, or related roles - Proficient in online marketing strategies and tools - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online payment systems If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about online marketing and e-commerce, we would love to hear from you.
