Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Rest N Go premium lounge
• Responsible for promoting RNG products and Rest N Go services to potential customers.
• To provide excellent customer service to walk in customers and any inquiries via phone calls.
• To achieve the monthly sales target set by the company.
• Manage sales performance of stations in align weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
• Conducting training session with new staff.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Analyses operational data and KPIs to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in business study, marketing and any related fields.
• Responsibility and hardworking with ability to multitask, effective team player and dedicated with high sense of integrity.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to handle stress and crisis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
