INTERNSHIP- DOCUMENT CONTROL

JOBS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Ensuring all incoming and outgoing documentation is processed within the required time period and accordance with procedures.
  • Effectively control all incoming and outgoing drawings, drawing / data and correspondences by using relevant registers and forms.
  • Liaise with the relevant departments and / or external parties on the documentation issues (e.g discrepancy on the documents).
  • Perform efficient periodic checking on drawings to ensure the latest revisions are on the active files.
  • Ensuring all manuals, mechanical catalogues, tc are compiled in accordance with the client requirements and within the required contractual time schedules.
  • Undertaking document copying functions when necessary to ensure prompt document issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administrative, Project Management, Quantity Surveyor.
  • Prefer candidate who is discipline and stern at work
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and strong communication skills
  • Good team player and possess good working attitude
  • Able to work at No 34, Jalan Bukit Kemuning, Seksyen 34 Shah Alam, Selangor
  • Internship period: minimum 3 – 4 months
  • Expected internship period : Feb ~ June 2025
  • WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday (8am- 5pm).
