Human Resources Senior Executive

JOB SPECIFICATIONS *Work closely with Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work for employees *Perform full spectrum of HR functions and activities which includes recruitment process, compensation & benefit, training & development, disciplinary action and other administrative matters to ensure smooth operation of all the department *To prepare monthly payroll for all employees and to ensure that the salaries and wages details are kept strictly confidential *To involve and participate in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) implementation program *Updating the Company Employee Handbook in accordance with the latest government labour law and regulation *To renew Tenancy Agreement, Company Licenses and etc. *Dealing and liaising with agent/government authorities which related to food industry *Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the Superior/Management from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS *At least 5 years of working experiences in related field * Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management * Knowledge of current employment law, regulation and legislation *Proactive, independent and advice given to Management in related to HR matters *Manufacturing/food industry working experience will be added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM5,300.00 per month Benefits: Free parking Health insurance Maternity leave Opportunities for promotion Parental leave Professional development Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
