We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate, with proficiency in Vietnamese. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service experiences, resolving issues, and providing support in the Vietnamese language. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective customer support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour. 3. Multilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with customers in Vietnamese, demonstrating fluency in both written and verbal communication. 4. Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information. 5. Performance Analysis: Utilise analytical skills to monitor and analyse customer interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Fluency in Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous. Technical aptitude and ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
