LEAD ENGINEER

Details of Responsibilities 1. Responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing teams, and ensuring technical solutions meet business needs. 2. Responsible for planning and executing new machines and process commissioning within the targeted period. 3. Manage engineering teams, oversee project development, ensure code quality, and collaborate with other departments to meet project goals. 4. Responsible for ensuring that engineering processes are followed, and product quality is maintained. 5. Responsible for establishing systems and practices to encourage workflow improvements to enhance the company’s productivity. 6. Responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment or technology and ensuring that the equipment complies with regulatory requirements. 7. Responsible for supervising, mentoring, and providing guidance to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. 8. Responsible for all the yield improvement activities. 9. Responsible for providing technical direction and hands-on support for the design, development, testing, and optimization of systems, products, or solutions. 10. Responsible for identifying new technologies, methodologies, and opportunities to improve engineering processes and outcomes. 11. Responsible for identifying potential risks to project timelines or quality and proactively mitigating those risks through careful planning and resource management. 12. Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenance in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met. 12. Must have experience in the Printed Circuit Borads processes.
