Foodle Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Monitor kitchen stock and perform regular stock takes
  • Order raw materials and manage inventory
  • Enforce health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Assist in menu planning and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus
