Foodle Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their activities
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor kitchen stock and perform regular stock takes
- Order raw materials and manage inventory
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Assist in menu planning and development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus
