PRODUCT SPECIALIST

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification majoring in Marketing/ Sports Science/ Physiotherapy or any other relevant fields
• Possess own transport & willing to work in Klang Valley and travel outstation
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• 1 year of related working experience in the sales function, medical devices and physiotherapy is required for this position
• Good business communication skills, technical know-how, business presentation and public speaking
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Strong focus to drive sales, excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage key accounts, maintain good relationship with new and existing customers
• Act as the point of contact for clients, resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Work together with colleagues in creating new accounts, quotations and ensure complete delivery of customers' orders
• Establish best practices and to ensure budget and time requirements are met
• Stay updated with new features and product launches, actively participate in product training/workshops/ events
• Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytic and liaise with Business Development Manager to identify business growth opportunities, develop and execute sales plans
• Submit weekly/ monthly complete sales reports to the manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
