Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
