Remote Customer Support Staff (Work from home fully)
Job Summary:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat, emails ensuring a professional and friendly tone.
· Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in real-time, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
· Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field, particularly in live chat support.
· Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with CRM software and live chat tools is a plus.
