- Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting Software, SQL Payroll and Microsoft Excel
- Maintain proper documents filing systems for all staff records, staff reimbursements, dealer commission etc
- Assist in handling HR matters (process statutory payment i.e EPF SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Payroll, Staff Attendance, EA forms preparation, Memo, Leave and Medical Claims) and ensure timely submission
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent with 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Positive working attitude and good time management
- Working hour : 9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
