The HR Intern (Payroll) will assist the HR department with payroll processing and related tasks. This role provides valuable experience in the areas of payroll administration, employee benefits, and compliance. The intern will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to legal and company guidelines.
1. Payroll Processing Assistance:
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee attendance records, and other payroll-related data.
- Help ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on time for all employees.
- Review and verify employee working hours, overtime, leave balances, and deductions.
- Assist in calculating and processing salaries, bonuses, and other payroll-related benefits.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum CGPA 3.0.
- Preferably at least 3 or 6 months of internship period.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia..
Skills Developed:
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR software (such as payroll systems).
- Exposure to workplace laws and regulations.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
