Full job description

  • Develops short- and long-term plans for Accounting Department, in line with the key business objectives and long term plans.
  • Plans and prepares the Accounting Department annual operational and capital budgets for Management approval, in line with the set goals and objectives.
  • Manage, controls and monitors the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner in both the capital expenditure and operating expenses.
  • Responsible for the development of policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the department.
  • Update General Ledger.
  • Manage the Account Payables.
  • Do the monthly closing of accounting ledgers.
  • Generate the monthly reports from General Ledger and Accounts Payables system to ensure their completeness and accuracy.
  • Checks the accuracy of invoices for payments, and their outstanding balances are accurate and reflected adequately in the account and statements.

Location: Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan.

Education / Professional Qualification

  • Degree in Accounting or other professional accounting qualification.

Professional Experience

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the accounting environment.
  • Good interpersonal, supervisory and management skill.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Conversant with an accounting system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
