  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

  • To handle and process inquiries and requests from client on flight ticket matters (issuance of ticket, reissuance of ticket and refund process) for individual and group passengers.
  • Provide all aspects of travel information such as itinerary, insurance and etc. to customer in a timely manner.
  • Perform work within the target set by management.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum certificate with 2/3 years of experience in Tourism Industry.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess good interpersonal.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ticketing knowledge with GDS Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre reservation system to book flights, issuance, re issuance and refund.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
