Job Descriptions:

  • Assist Assistant Manager to guide a team of Record to Report accountants.
  • Assist to drive KPI and SLA within the team.
  • Reporting of team performance metrics and review in timely manner.
  • Attend to escalations from external & internal stakeholders.
  • Perform Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Asset and Monthly Closing report.
  • Accounts review and reconciliation.
  • Ensure efficient monthly & period end closing process.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
  • Perform checking on GL.
  • Perform process improvement.
  • Monitor bank/cash Balance Sheet accounts and ensure the AR and AP are match in timely manner.
  • Record intercompany transactions according to Corporate Transfer Pricing policies.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certified Accountant from accredited bodies, i.e. ACCA, MIA, CIMA, CPA and others relevant certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 6 years working experience in Finance Reporting in Shared Services Centre or BPO with experience in guiding juniors.
  • Hands on with SAP, Blackline and related systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to Write, Read & Speak in Mandarin & English to serve Mandarin speaking market.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparing the full set of RTR (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Audit Schedules) for both month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and maintaining a strong focus on controllership.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax filings, and other local regulatory submissions. This involves preparing audit schedules, financial statements, and addressing audit queries and issues.
  • Fully support the Finance Manager in the implementation of the Group's internal controls framework (COSO), and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
  • Assist in management decision-making by providing key financial insights.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
