Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive student enrollment.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive analysis.
- Corporate Communication:
- Manage and execute effective corporate communication strategies to uphold the institution’s image.
- Draft press releases, corporate announcements, and official statements.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and other external stakeholders.
- Content Creation and Branding:
- Develop high-quality marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts, aligning with the institution’s branding.
- Ensure all communication materials reflect consistent messaging and corporate identity.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media platforms and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize reach and engagement.
- Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and participate in promotional events, including open days, education fairs, and corporate functions.
- Represent the college professionally at external events and networking opportunities.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal departments and the sales team to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for marketing materials and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, partners, and campaign metrics.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, with a strong background in corporate communication.
- Proven experience in managing corporate communication tasks and maintaining media relationships.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of corporate branding and public relations.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
