- Required to achieve monthly KPIs of daily inquiries, call quality, and operational standards.
- Converting CRM inquiries into appointments.
- Assist in upselling existing products related to HR payroll software.
- Handling and managing all additional headcounts related matters.
- Any other handling maintenance agreement including negotiating and discussing between Clients and Management. Obtain approval for any special arrangement or cases.
- Follow up / collect payment for Maintenance Agreement, additional headcounts and resigned sales person.
- Responsible to cross-check all orders, issue finalize invoices and maintaining sales records from time to time.
- Responsible to compile monthly sales reports and present to departmental HOD.
- Handle all sales administrative task including filling, customer enquiries.
- Act as customer/sales force liaison for quote/order clarification.
- Preparing and amending quotations. Also, double-checked on all invoices before sending to Clients.
- Ad hoc duties assigned from your HOD.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM level.
- Good communication skills and able to speak, read & write in Cantonese & English.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good relationship building and networking with clients from previous experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be able to work in Q Sentral.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
