Job Description

• Manage customer accounts, cultivate and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and target potential clients for Fintech SaaS solutions.
• Be a trusted advisor on Digital Transformation to Loan, Mortgage and Money Lending service providers. (training will be provided)
• Execute Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide face-to-face or Virtual product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Stay updated on Industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Maintain accurate Sales records and submit Reports on time.
• Collaborate with the customers and Product Development team to continuously enhance product offerings.
• Lead BD team to increase product penetration and revenue growth (BD Manager)
• Identify new markets and monetization channels (BD Manager)
• Provide team enablement, drive talent growth and retention (BD Manager)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development/sales experience. Product training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent thinker with a team player mentality.
• Determination and a strong drive for success.
• Ability to handle and manage large corporate accounts.
• Familiarity with software as a service (SaaS) models is a plus.
