1. Sales Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales Generation:
- Identify and target new customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Monitor and follow up on potential leads to convert them into paying customers.
- Deal Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and agreements tailored to customer needs.
- Close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability for the company.
2. Business Development
- Expand Market Reach:
- Identify untapped industries, markets, or regions to introduce the company’s services.
- Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations to create new opportunities.
- Customer Database Management:
- Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers to track interactions and opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build Long-Term Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide timely follow-up and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Customer Education:
- Educate customers on the benefits and value of the company’s products and services to ensure confidence in their purchase decisions.
4. Reporting and Goal Management
- Track Performance:
- Record all sales activities, leads, and conversions in a systematic manner.
- Prepare reports on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities for management review.
- Meet and Exceed Targets:
- Consistently meet individual sales goals as assigned by the company.
