Accounting:

  • Responsible to handle employees’ payroll, SOCSO and EPF.
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial report to Oversea HQ management.
  • Responsible for accounting processes and task.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company activities.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

    Human Resources:

    • Work with General Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
    • Direct hiring and training procedures for new employees.
    • Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.
    • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
    • Monitor employees progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring IT stays positive and productive.
    • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up issues.
    • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Working experience in Beauty/Aesthetic/Plastic Surgery Industry would be an added value and salary increment.
  • Language proficiency: Mandarin.
  • A minimum 3 years working experience.
  • Well versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • A self starter who is able to to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
  • Can do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin.
  • Honest, ethical and dependable.
  • Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
  • Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and good personality.
