  • Follow up with previous customers for potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain records of customer contacts.
  • Complete customer surveys to gather information about potential customers.
  • Keep customer contact information confidential.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals/targets.
  • Completed SPM education or Diploma or any other equivalent Beauty Academic qualification.
  • At least 2 years of working experience is preferred, or relevant working experience is a PLUS POINT.
  • Bilingual in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strong in leveraging persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone and other channel interactions.
  • Excellent at answering inquiries, providing detailed information about Aesthetic Services/Plastic Surgeries, and effectively handling customers and transactions.
  • Excels in customer service and has excellent communication skills.
  • Uses phone etiquette best practices.
  • Fast learner, able to quickly understand services, procedures, treatments, and protocols.
  • Works well independently and demonstrates good time management skills.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Always willing to learn and maintains a positive attitude.
