Job Summary:

As a Medical Sales Executive, you will promote and sell our products:
Anesthesia Products, IVD Medical Equipment and Devices, Dialysis Products, Infection Control Products & Surgical Products to healthcare professionals such as Government Hospitals, Government Clinics, Private Hospitals, GP Clinics, Private Medical Lab, Private Dialysis Centre and Pharmacies. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide product information, and support their needs to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

MUST BE BASED IN PENANG AND BE ABLE TO COVER NORTHERN REGION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key customers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
  • Provide product information, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Must be able to work independently and report to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-year related experience with a proven track record ( Fresh graduates are open for application).
  • Proven experience in medical sales in the Government Hospitals, Government Clinics, Private Hospitals, GP Clinics, Private Medical Lab, Private Dialysis Centre and Pharmacies.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license with owns a Car.
