- Provide effective solutions to customer request
- Stay updated on our products and solutions, provide accurate information.
- Timely data entry and update on Customer Status
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary /STPM/ A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or Professional Degree.
- Decent communication skills, abilities to effectively interact with customers are required.
- Have a caring nature with genuine empathy and passion for helping others resolve issues.
- Willing to learn and stay updated in electronic (Household Consumer Products)
