          Performance Tracking & Reporting:

          • Monitor live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and analyze data to refine future content and improve performance.
          • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize live streaming efforts and social media strategies.

            Collaborative Teamwork:

            • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and produce social media content, including teasers, previews, and short clips, to build anticipation for upcoming live sessions.
            • Contribute ideas for campaigns and assist with content planning to drive audience engagement and growth.

              Content Scheduling & Management:

              • Ensure that all content is posted on time, adhering to the company’s social media strategy and calendar.
              • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all social media platforms.

                Marketing & Brand Updates:

                • Regularly present progress on marketing activities and provide updates to leadership on content performance, live session effectiveness, and audience engagement.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator cum TikTok Live Host to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok live streaming. This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and a passion for engaging with audiences in real-time to drive brand awareness, promote products, and foster positive engagement.

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of live streaming content, especially on platforms like TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to engage with online audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with video production, editing, and using social media scheduling tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize content and engagement.
