IT Audit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Plans and executes comprehensive IT audits (system development, application, network, IT operations, system security, Disaster Recovery). • Executes and manages audits to ensure compliance with standard policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and established scope and objectives. • Ensures the adequacy of coverage and scope of audit reviews performed. • Prepares and presents written audit reports in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner, recommending solutions required to minimize exposures arising from control or other deficiencies or optimize the effectiveness of areas reviewed, for distribution to management. • Ensures the timely issuance of audit reports. • Prepares working papers to ensure that adequate documentation is in place to support the completed reviews. • Performs follow-up on audit observations to ensure that management has taken adequate corrective actions, including validation of all closed observations. • Executes ad hoc reviews or other assignments as directed by the Audit Manager or Head of Internal Audit in a timely manner.
