Key Responsibilities* Lead Generation and Cold Calling Proactively contact potential clients via cold calls to introduce Seri Pajam Development's real estate offerings. Qualify leads based on their interest, financial capability, and requirements. Maintain a daily call log and update lead status in the CRM system. Appointment Setting Schedule appointments with qualified leads for face-to-face client meetings. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers and follow-ups. Sales and Client Engagement Meet with potential clients to present Seri Pajam Development's properties and address inquiries. Provide clients with relevant information, such as pricing, property features, and financing options. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and trust. Team Collaboration Work closely with the sales team and marketing team to align on lead generation strategies. Share insights and feedback to improve telemarketing scripts and processes. Support team members in achieving collective sales targets through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Reporting and Analysis Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Analyze call and conversion data to identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to enhance telemarketing effectiveness. Training and Development Participate in one-to-one personalized training sessions to build skills in telemarketing, client handling, and sales strategies. Gain in-depth knowledge of Seri Pajam Development's products and market positioning. Engage in role-playing exercises and practical scenarios during training to boost confidence and competence.
