Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director. Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential matters. Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, record messages, and follow up on action items. Ensure smooth communication between the Managing Director and internal/external by maintaining effective communication channels. Keep the Managing Director informed of upcoming events and tasks with regular updates. Oversee meeting room preparation and office management. Collect, organize, and maintain confidential documents and files; gather information and prepare and distribute reports. Assist with special projects and handle ad-hoc assignments as delegated.
