Insulation Construction Manager

Job Responsibility • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. • Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public. • Coordinating and supervising construction workers. • Selecting tools and materials. • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety. • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings. • Maintaining quality control procedures. • Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up. • Assessing and minimizing risk. • Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork. • Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and license. • Prepare to relocate or face a longer commute as and when required. • Undertake any jobs and duties that may be assigned from time to time. • Any other tasks assigned. Job Requirements • Must be Sarawakian person. • Shall be based in Bintulu site office. • Any engineering bachelor’s degree or diploma. • Minimum 10 Years Experience in the field of Insulation and Scaffolding. • Willing to work at site environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Good time management skills. • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
