Technician, Air-Conditioning

1. Perform daily inspection and checking of centralizes air conditioning system to ensure smooth operation at all times. 2. Perform daily start up the air conditioning system at the building main lobby. 3. Perform daily checking, maintenance and servicing of the air conditioning equipment to minimize the breakdown on the air conditioning system. 4. Perform scheduled inspection, checking, maintenance and servicing of centralizes air conditioning system such as cooling tower and chiller to minimize the breakdown and ensure smooth operation at all times. 5. To inspect and perform the repairing work upon receiving the company internal service orders. 6. Responsible for the tenants complaints and perform the immediate action to rectify the problem. 7. To monitor and ensure that all work being performed by the outside contractor are in accordance to the specifications. 8. To carry out the renovation and air conditioning installation works assigned by the Property division. 9. Monitor and conduct inspection on tenants/ owners to comply with approved plans and requirements. 10. Coordinate with Security department on security monitoring of renovation activities. 11. Conduct scheduled inspection of building, amenities and facilities, and carry out prevention works. 12. To provide feedback and report to superior on status of work and system abnormalities. 13. To update spare parts and tools inventory list regularly. 14. Monitor and ensure all ISO procedures are adhered to by subordinates. 15. Any other work as directed.
