RPA UiPath Developer - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description: We are looking for an RPA UiPath Developer with a strong technical background and fluency in Mandarin to assist in delivering automation solutions for our international clients. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and deployment of UiPath-based robotic process automation solutions that meet business needs. As a Mandarin speaker, you will also be required to collaborate with teams in Mandarin-speaking regions, ensuring clear and effective communication across global projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes across various industries. Analyze and understand client requirements, workflows, and business processes to recommend automation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver automation solutions on time and within scope. Troubleshoot and debug RPA processes, providing effective solutions and support as required. Perform end-to-end testing and debugging of developed automation solutions. Provide technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Offer post-deployment support and optimization to ensure continuous improvement in process automation. Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders to ensure project success, offering both technical and business insights. Stay current with the latest advancements in UiPath, RPA technologies, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must to support Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. Proven experience with UiPath and other RPA tools (minimum of 2 years). Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or other scripting languages. Experience with RPA design principles, architecture, and best practices. Solid understanding of process analysis, business requirements gathering, and solution design. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing tasks, deadlines, and communication effectively. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones. Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels of technical expertise. Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification or similar professional certifications. Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, or manufacturing. Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and how they integrate with RPA is a bonus.
