Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Provide detailed product and service information to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve processes and offerings. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other related software. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Key Competencies: Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Persuasive and confident in presenting sales pitches. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
