Responsibilities: - Handle general HR & Office administration tasks - Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating human resource policies and procedures - Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job performance - Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures - Collaborate with the top management to systematically manage the business’s HR policy - Liaise with government authorities - Coordinate with other departments for the smooth running of the operations - Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion - Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization - Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping - Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s schedule - Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the top management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR and office administration tasks. - Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational and coordination abilities. - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
