- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food followed the standard of operation Food Safety Management System procedure.
- To prepares, season, cooks a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfast dishes and other food items, including the cooking method to be followed with the standard of procedure, slices, grind and cook, steam, bake.
- To ensure and to set-up the station with par stocks of menu items, and prepare dishes designated for the station.
- Able to operate kitchen equipment with followed procedure and safe standard. (i.e. Braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwave and fryers).
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
- Maintains and responsible on good quality and presentations food by follow the use record and recipes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
