We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Supervisor in the Customer Service department. As a Trainee Assistant Supervisor, you will be assisting in managing customer service operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and supporting the team in daily tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email and message. Answer questions, resolve issues and offer service information.
  • Responsible to control price and allotment based on daily price, demand and events
  • Working closely with housekeeping to coordinate guest requests, resolve issues and defect units. Follow up with operation on any units closed at schedule to issues or defects and ensure when unit can reopen again.
  • Check refund details one by one for refund process
  • Double check no show and dispute one by one listing at booking.com
  • Handle and respond booking.com/Agoda message, Email, calls, inquiry and booking.com credit card (BCC)
  • Manage customer service reports, including performance and feedback.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirement

  • Minimum Certificate / diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality or any related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible to work in 2 shifts (morning and night shifts).
  • Age 21 years old - 45 years old.
  • Basic keyboard and computer skills.
  • Sound knowledge of computer networking would be an added advantage.
