About Us!
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic interns to join our team and provide essential support in the day-to-day management of our facilities and operations. This internship offers a valuable learning experience in various aspects of facility management, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Your Day-to-Day:
Facility Management:
Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations and activities. Handle facility-related requests, including reactive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and facility-related projects. Support CCTV screening and monitoring activities to ensure a secure environment.
Facility Projects:
Participate in facility improvement initiatives, including planning and execution of projects. Assist in tracking progress and documentation for facility upgrades and installations. Assist senior team members in tender-related activities, including preparation of documents, vendor evaluations, and follow-up communications.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support for facility management tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and site visits. Collaborate with departments such as Finance and Operations to streamline administrative and facility-related processes.
Your Know-How:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Building Survey, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and processes is a strong advantage. Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an added bonus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Hungry to learn, with a passion for acquiring new skills and tackling challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
