SITE SUPERVISOR (DEMOLITION WORKS)

• Oversee and manage demolition activities, ensuring that work is planned, implemented, and monitored according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, the main contractor, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Identify, address, and resolve any site issues or challenges that arise during demolition.
• Manage and control workers, ensuring their tasks are performed efficiently and safely on-site.
• Ensure compliance with the Method Statement throughout the demolition process.
• Attend Daily Tool-Box Meetings and provide clear instructions to the team to ensure safe practices and smooth operations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) as required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 13 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
