  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Intern Sales Support

Start Date: Immediately

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (+1-hour lunch break)

Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Location: Zenith Corporate Park, Kelana Jaya

Job Requirements:

*Currently enrolled as a student (final year students are preferred).

* Have a strong interest in sales support and a genuine passion for the promotional industry.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with the sales team to provide administrative support in managing client accounts and inquiries.

* Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

* Conducting market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the promotional industry.

* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.

* Tracking and organizing sales data to evaluate the success of different marketing initiatives.

About Us:

We are a travel agency specializing in special interest tours and Event management. Occasionally, you'll have the opportunity to travel with us for site visits and recce trips, fully sponsored by the company.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
