Job Responsibilities
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best talent acquisition practices.
- Review the currents Job Description , Aligned to Company Goals & Objective/ Values
- Review monthly payroll process
- Preparing HRAD reports for the GMD to meet the KPIs set by the Management
- Review Performance Management (PM)
- Conduct a Performance Management Process
- Presenting HRAD planning and direction to the Management for approval
- Serves as an advisor to the GMD regarding employment law and regulations
- Ensures that the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001:2016, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 41001:2018 processes are established, implemented, and maintained
- Provides guidance and leadership to the HRAD Team to ensure that overall HRAD plans meet the Organization's goals
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
