Job Responsibilities

  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best talent acquisition practices.
  • Review the currents Job Description , Aligned to Company Goals & Objective/ Values
  • Review monthly payroll process
  • Preparing HRAD reports for the GMD to meet the KPIs set by the Management
  • Review Performance Management (PM)
  • Conduct a Performance Management Process
  • Presenting HRAD planning and direction to the Management for approval
  • Serves as an advisor to the GMD regarding employment law and regulations
  • Ensures that the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001:2016, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 41001:2018 processes are established, implemented, and maintained
  • Provides guidance and leadership to the HRAD Team to ensure that overall HRAD plans meet the Organization's goals
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
