We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth running of the business. The Operations Executive will work closely with the management team and other departments to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the manpower company, including recruitment, training, scheduling and deployment of workers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure profitability of the business.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, presentations and other relevant documents.
  • Constant follow up with clients to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in the manpower industry is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
