Accountant

Job scope:

• Handling full set of accounts
• Perform month-end closing and meet reporting deadlines
• Prepare bank reconciliation and keep track of bank balances
• Prepare monthly management report and other accounts related matters
• Assist in audit and tax preparation.
• Preparation of Tax .
• Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc
• Responsible for journal entries, analysis schedule, preparation of final accounts, and inter-company accounts
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial reports, all accounting records & documents and filing system
• Ensure tax compliances, including WHT, SST, transfer pricing, e-invoicing.
• Prepare cashflow planning
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time
• Handling of tax-related matters such as corporate and individual income tax, property tax and GST in Singapore.
• Handle accounts for group of companies
• Well versed in Singapore accounting standards
• Other accounting duties or assignment.

Qualifications Required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or Recognized degree in accounting or other recognized professional qualifications.

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts required.
• Meticulous and good analytical skills.
• Experience dealing with tax authorities and tax audit.
• Knowledge in QuickBooks/Autocount will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A dynamic team player with a strong sense of work commitment.
• Good understanding on Accounting Principle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications( Words/Excel/PowerPoint)

Pay: RM6,000.00 – RM7,000.00 per month
