RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Lead the collection team to recovery the debts from the customers.
- Manage collections team efficiently.
- Train and provide trainings and Call Quality for Call Centre Staff to ensure they follow the guidelines and standard practices set by the clients.
- Provide feedback and recommend improvement plan for the staff.
- Build, manage, motivate, train and develop the team and their performance.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle, resolve and to minimize customer complaints.
REQUIREMENTS: -
- Candidate must pass at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a call centre as a Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader with at least 2 years of working experience will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with any Debt Management System.
- Ability to learn quickly, independent and a strong team player.
- Ability to train and impart full knowledge with others.
- Dynamic and self-motivation.
