Responsibility:
- Maintain and organize construction documents, such as drawings, permit, and reports.
- Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project-related information
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointment, and project-related activities
- Enter and update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports on office activities, project progress, and document tracking
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software
- Good verbal and written communication in English and local languages
- Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
