Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, providing detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and itineraries.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable travel options.
- Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, deals, and promotions to offer clients the best options.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales service.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to confirm reservations and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and promoting special offers to attract new customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
