Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel inquiries, providing detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and itineraries.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable travel options.
• Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, deals, and promotions to offer clients the best options.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to confirm reservations and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and promoting special offers to attract new customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
