Account Assistant
1. Daily Transactions - Accounts Payable: 2. Vendor Bill and Utilities Payment Assistance: 3. Payment Lists Assistance: 4. Statutory Payments Support: 5. Branch Reports Checking: 6. Payroll and Salary Calculation: 7. Filing and Documentation:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
